THE PENNANT INTERNATIONAL GROUP PLC PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

This notice relates to The Pennant International Group Plc Pension Scheme (which was previously known as The Pennant International Limited Pension Scheme) (the “Scheme”).

The Trustees of the Scheme intend to finalise the winding up of the Scheme and make a distribution of any final assets remaining. Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 of the intention to wind up the Scheme and distribute its assets.

The Trustees of the Scheme believe they have the names of everyone who had a right to benefits. However, if you were an employee of Pennant International Group Plc, Pennant Training Systems Limited, Pennant Information Services Limited, Pennant Visual Systems Limited or Pennant Display and Exhibitions and a member of the Scheme, and think you have entitlement under the Scheme or you are a widow, widower, civil partner, child, dependant or other beneficiary of such an employee and, in either case, you have not already been contacted by the Trustees in relation to this or in relation to the transfer of your pension rights, please write to:

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when they were members of the Scheme or details of the basis of their claim.

Your claim must arrive on or before 2 months after the publication of this notice. Late claims may not be accepted.

As soon as possible after the expiry of this notice on 2 months after publication of this notice, it is the intention of the Trustees to complete the winding up of the Scheme, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. After that time, the Trustees shall not be liable to any other person.

If you have recently been contacted in respect of the transfer of your pension rights out of the Scheme, then you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have your details.
