“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up and that Paul Dounis, of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, 2 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL and Karen Spears, of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB, (IP Nos. 9708 and 8854) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis.” The Joint Liquidators were appointed on 12 December 2022.
