"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Giles McCarthy (IP No. 9452) of Netchwood Finance Limited, 1-11 Alvin Street, Gloucester, GL1 3EJ be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
