Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 5 December 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Annette Reeve of Beesley Corporate Recovery be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up".

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day Annette Reeve was removed as liquidator and Julien Robert Irving (IP No. 13092) and Patrick Alexander Lannagan (IP No: 009590) both of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.
