UPON THE APPLICATION of Christine Laverty and Andrew Charters in their capacity as joint administrators (the “Joint Administrators”) of S.D. Taylor Limited (in administration) (the “Company”) for orders pursuant to section 176A(5) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the “Act”), rules 12.14-12.16 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 (the “Rules”) and paragraph 76(2) of Schedule B1 to the Act.

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Pursuant to section 176A(5) of the Act, section 176(2) of the Act is disapplied, such that the Joint Administrators are not required to make any part of the Company’s net property available for unsecured creditors.
