"That the cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) and Steven Williams (IP No. 8887) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up subject to agreement of the liquidation fees and expenses with the creditors of the Company."
