"That it has been proved, to the satisfaction of this Meeting, that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound-up and that Lorna Bingham (IP No. 16350) of Bingham Insolvency Limited t/a Bingham Associates, Avondale House, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill, ML4 3NJ be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
