At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 10 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW on 16 November 2022 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Barriball, (IP No. 11950) and Helen Whitehouse, (IP no. 9680) of Company Liquidations Limited, 10 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
