BLOCK TRANSFER ORDER IN RELATION TO MARK GOLDSTEIN

Notice is hereby given that on 23 November 2022 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by the Insolvency Practitioners Association, a company limited by guarantee and incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number 01151132) and having its registered office at 114 St Martin’s Lane, Covent Garden, London WC2N 4BE for inter alia (i) a block transfer order in terms of Part 6 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018 in respect of the companies to which Mark Goldstein, residing at 10 Banks Close, Westvale Park, Horley, Surrey RH6 8GF and formerly of Savants Restructuring Limited was appointed as liquidator, in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 25 November 2022 appointed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto to the Court of Session within 8 days after such intimation and advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
