Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:

1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Establish permit holder parking places (operational ‘9am to 10pm') in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if has a valid Zone HE permit in Heath Road and Star Road, Hillingdon and within the Uxbridge Road, Hillingdon service road between the junctions of Heath Road and Paget Road.

3. Establish permit holder parking places (operational ‘9am to 10pm') in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it has a valid Zone DC permit in Dawson Close, Hayes.

4. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘9am to 10pm' in sections of Dawson Close, Hayes and Heath Road, Star Road, Hillingdon and the Uxbridge Road, Hillingdon service road between the junctions of Heath Road and Paget Road.

5. Establish permit holder parking places (operational ‘Monday to Friday 11am to Midday’) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it has a valid Zone WD8 permit in the section of Drayton Gardens, West Drayton between the junction of Swan Road to outside No. 76 Drayton Gardens.

6. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 11am to Midday’ in sections of Drayton Gardens, West Drayton.

7. Establish permit holder parking places (operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it has a valid Zone HY7 permit in sections of Hyde Way, Hayes.

8. Introduce a permit holder past this point residents' parking scheme in Kirby Close, Northwood (operational ‘at all times’) in which a vehicle may be left if it has a valid Zone N permit.

9. Establish permit holder parking places (operational ‘9am to 5pm') in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it has a valid Zone CR permit in Cranmer Road, Hayes.

10. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘9am to 5pm' in sections of Cranmer Road, Hayes.

All above charges could be subject to change.

i) On both sides of the corner outside No. 74 Drayton Gardens.

ii) On the inside of the corner outside No. 94 Drayton Gardens.

CRANMER ROAD, HAYES – On approach and both sides of the corner adjacent to Nos. 51 and 58 Cranmer Road.

HYDE WAY, HAYES – Formalise the existing double yellow lines near the junction with North Hyde Road.
