NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to paragraph 52 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that an initial meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Junction, 12 Beechvalley Way, Dungannon BT70 1BS on 14 December 2022 at 11.00 am.

The purpose of the meeting is to approve the Administrator’s proposals and to decide whether to form a Creditors’ Committee, and if one is not formed, to seek resolutions approving the Administrator’s pre-administration costs, fixing the basis of Administrator’s remuneration and approving the Administrator’s Category 2 expenses.
