Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 25 November 2022, Nicholas Stephen Joseph Parsk (IP number 19770 (Outgoing Office-holder) was removed from office in respect of each of the cases listed in the Schedules attached to the order without being required to (i) use one of the decision procedures or deemed consent procedures set out in the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (the Act) or the Rules for the Block Transfer cases; or (ii) file a receipts and payments account.

Joann Louise Leach (IP number 15950) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1RX, Francis Florian Amadeus Wessely (IP number 7788) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 5 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1RX, David Patrick Meany (IP number 9453) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH, Brian Francis Burke (IP number 16250) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL, Chris Newell (IP number 13690) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1RX and Tauseef Rashid (IP number 9718) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA (Replacement Office-holders) were appointed as joint Replacement Office-holders as set out in the Schedules to the order in respect of each of the Block Transfer Cases from the date of this order without being required to (i) use one of the decision procedures or deemed consent procedures set out in the Rules for the Block Transfer Cases; or (ii) file a receipts and payments account.

Joint and several powers

Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by joint appointees may be done by all or any one or more of the persons at the time being holding office. No functions are required to be undertaken by both joint appointees acting together and no functions are specifically the responsibility of either joint appointee.

Notification

The creditors, and in the case of members’ voluntary liquidations, the members, in each of the Block Transfer Cases listed in the Schedules be notified of this order solely by way of one composite advertisement published in the London Gazette (Advertisement) within 21 days of receipt of the sealed order from the court.

Any creditor, or in the case on any members’ voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in the Schedules who has an objection to this order shall have 21 days from the date of the Advertisement apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases until further or other order by the court.

The Replacement Office-holders shall give notice to the Secretary of State and, in the case of companies, the Registrar of Companies in respect of the relevant insolvency proceedings listed in the Schedules of the terms of this order as soon as reasonably practicable following the order being made.

The Outgoing Office-holder shall file a copy of this order with each of the courts listed in the Schedules where applicable.

In respect of the Administrations within the Block Transfer Cases, the Outgoing Office-holder shall receive his discharge from liability under Paragraph 98 Schedule B1 to the Act 28 days after the Advertisement subject always to further order of the court in the event than any application is made as detailed above. In respect of the other categories of Block Transfer Cases, the Outgoing Office-holder shall receive his discharge or release upon application to the Secretary of State or in accordance with the terms of the voluntary arrangements, as appropriate.

Pursuant to rules 18.6, 18.7 and 18.8 of the Rules, in respect of the Block Transfer Cases, the time by which progress reports are required to be delivered by any office-holder of the Block Transfer Cases shall be unaffected and the next routine report due to creditors shall contain reference to an explanation of the effect of this order.

The terms of this order shall not apply to any case which is listed in the Block Transfer Cases but which prior to this order being sealed by the court is concluded and the case closed (in which case for the avoidance of doubt the appointment of the relevant Replacement Office-holder shall not take effect.
