Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 November 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Pallott (IP No. 023650) and Natasha Brodie (IP No. 19490) both of Mazars LLP, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
