“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Blair Milne and James Fennessey, both of Azets, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP Nos. 18614 and 26690) be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up and that they act jointly and severally.”
