Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 4 November 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tom Bowes and Andrew Rosler of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QZ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”

Please note that at a physical meeting which was held virtually in line with the current UK Government guidelines at 11:00am on the 4 November 2022, the Creditors of the Company nominated Andrew Watling and Richard Wragg of Quantuma Advisory Limited to act as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and as a result of the voting, Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) and Richard Wragg (IP No. 23130) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ are the Joint Liquidators of the Company.

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Andrew Watling, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ.
