"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the LLP cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Jeremy Bennett (IP No. 8776) of O’Haras Limited, Moorend House, Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton, BD19 3UE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."
