Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Smith Brothers (York) Ltd Staff Pension Scheme (the “Smith Bothers Scheme”), intends to wind up the Smith Brothers Scheme following an assignment of policies into members' own names.

Any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Smith Brothers Scheme is requested to send details in writing of their claim or interest in the Smith Brothers Scheme, including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and date of joining the Smith Brothers Scheme (if known) to Oliver Polson, Head of Group Pensions at oliver.polson@graftonplc.com or to Mark Johnston, 20-20 Pension Services Limited, 10. Wood Street, London EC2V 7AN before 19 December 2022. After this date the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Smith Brothers Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they had not had notice.

Please note that if you have received correspondence this year in relation to the assignment of your membership from the Smith Brothers Scheme, you do not need to take any action in respect of this notice.
