“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) of Sanderlings Accountancy Services Limited, Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG and be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 14 October 2022, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender and Sandra Fender as Joint Liquidators.
