Notice is hereby given to Mr Roger Williams formerly of 86 Dudley Road, Southall, Middx, UB2 5AT and/or 74 Winslow Way, Feltham, TW13 6QD, the freeholder owner of 50 Dunedin Way, Hayes, UB4 4LQ, (“the Property”) of the intention of the leasehold owners of the Ground Floor Flat (50A Dunedin Way) and the First and Second Floor Flats (50 Dunedin Way) comprised within the Property to apply to the County Court for a vesting order, so that they may invoke their right as long leaseholders for collective enfranchisement in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
