Notice is hereby given that on 5 October 2022 a Petition was presented at the Court of Session by Joanne Gaffney, Michael Gaffney and Thomas Gaffney, Directors of G.C.G. Shotblasting Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC091983) (“the Company”), craving the Court for: (i) an order in terms of Rule 1.56 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administration) Rules 2018 (“the 2018 Rules”) curing potential defects in the procedure concerning the appointment of administrators to the Company and declaring that the administrators were validly appointed with effect from 13:49 on 26 September 2022; (ii) directions in terms of Rule 1.57 of the 2018 Rules; (iii) failing which, for an administration order in respect of the Company to be effective from 13:49 on 26 September 2022; and, (iv) interim order in respect of the Company under paragraph 13(1)(d) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 appointing the administrators to act as joint interim managers pending determination of the validity of their appointment. By interlocutor dated 6 October 2022, Lord Clark granted the said interim order and appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge answers within four days after intimation, advertisement and service.
