Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the NPI LIMITED PERSONAL PENSION SCHEME (established by a Deed dated 11 October 1999), the NPI PERSONAL PENSION SCHEME (No.2) (established by a Deed dated 16 March 1995) or the NPI PERSONAL PENSION SCHEME (No.3) (established by a Deed dated 2 January 1996) is required to send particulars of his or her claim or interest to Kenny Tindall of Aldgate Trustees Limited, 1 Tower Place West, Tower Place, London, United Kingdom, EC3R 5BU in writing by the 15th December 2022, after which date any remaining assets of the said Schemes will be distributed by Aldgate Trustees Limited among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice.
