Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 31 August 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that James Sleight and Oliver Collinge of PKF GM be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.” At a meeting of creditors held on the same day the appointment of James Sleight and Oliver Collinge was not confirmed, and the creditors appointed John Radford (IP No. 24150) of Lucas Ross Limited, Stanmore House, 64-68 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2JS as Liquidator.
