Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from the Scheme, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 16 December 2022 of their claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to the Pensions Team, Societe Generale, One Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 4SG.

The Trustee is winding up the Scheme and will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice and will not be liable to any other person. Therefore, the Trustee will not be liable to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been so notified to Societe Generale’s Pensions Team at the address set out above by 16 December 2022.

Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
