“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) and Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
