That the Company be wound up voluntarily
That Andrew Smith and Thomas Grummitt of Bridgewood Financial Solutions Limited, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham, NG1 6EE, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.
The Liquidators act jointly and severally.
