Notice is hereby given under Section 109 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that on 23 September 2022 the above named Company was placed into members’ voluntary liquidation and Richard Hunt (IP No 21772) was appointed Liquidator. The Company is presently expected to be able to pay its known liabilities in full.

Notice is also hereby given that all creditors are required, on or before 07 November 2022, to send to the Liquidator of the Company, Richard Hunt of SFP Restructuring Limited, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ, their statement of claim together with documentary evidence of that claim in accordance with Rule 7.16 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018. It should be noted that, if a creditor does not deliver its claim to the Liquidator at the latest of 8 weeks before the end of the first accounting period, the liquidator may make distributions to creditors or shareholders that he thinks fit without regard to the claim of any such creditor.
