Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 January 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 September 2022 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Jake Thomas Newell Reynolds who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jake Thomas Newell Miskelly and assumed the name of Jake Thomas Newell Reynolds.
