Notice is hereby given that on 27 July 2022, the Company was placed into Liquidation pursuant to an Order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the High Court of Justice in the British Virgin Islands, and that Russell Crumpler and Christopher Farmer of Teneo (BVI) Limited, 3rd Floor, Banco Popular Building, Road Town, Tortola, VG-1110, British Virgin Islands were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.
Notice is further hereby given that, in accordance with s179 of the Insolvency Act 2003, and a subsequent Order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the High Court of Justice in the British Virgin Islands dated 16 August 2022, a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held on 14 October 2022 at the offices of Teneo (BVI) Limited, 3rd Floor, Banco Popular Building, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands at 10am BVI time for the purpose of holding the Company’s first meeting of creditors. Creditors attending the meeting should notify the Joint Liquidators of their intention to do so by 12pm BVI time on 13 October 2022.
Creditors of the Company are to prove their debts or claims on or before 13 October 2022 and to establish any title they may have, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or excluded from the benefit of objecting to the distribution.
