NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company on 30 September 2022.

1. To establish a committee if sufficient nominations are received prior to the date of the decision.

If a liquidation committee is not established:

2. The basis of the joint liquidators’ remuneration be agreed as

a. a set amount of £20,000 and

b. additional set amount of £3,000 per year if the liquidation extends beyond 12 months.

c. 7.5% of the value of assets realised (excluding cash at bank) – fee estimated to be £7,500 and

d. 8% of the value of assets to be distributed to creditors – fee estimated to be £20,000

3. The joint liquidators be authorised to draw category 2 expenses as incurred.
