“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Hunt (IP No. 19132) and Alex Kachani (IP No. 5780) both of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 12 September 2022 the resolutions were ratified confirming appointment of Gareth Hunt and Alex Kachani as Joint Liquidators.
