Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, following the transfer of the assets and liabilities of the Scheme to Just Retirement Limited and on the assignment of annuity policies to individual members, the Trustees of the Scheme hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up.

Announcements notifying Members of the Scheme about the winding-up have been posted where possible to all known Members of the Scheme.

If you were an employee of one of the companies listed above and were a member of the Scheme (or you are a widow, widower or other dependant of a member of the Scheme) and you have not received written communication regarding the buy-out referred to above (but believe you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme) you should contact: By post: Colin Mallard, Lakeland Laboratories Limited, Peel Lane, Tyldesley, Manchester, M29 7FE or by sending an email to: colin@lakeland-labs.co.uk

If you are seeking to claim an entitlement under the Scheme, you should provide details of your full name (or the name of the member, if different), address, date of birth, national insurance number, a note of any benefits to which you claim you are entitled to and any relevant documents which support your claim.

You should make any claims in writing to the address above no later than two months from the date of this notice. After that date, the Scheme will be wound up and the Trustees will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement after that date whose claim was not notified to them.

For the avoidance of doubt, claims need not be made if you have received notice of the buy-out referred to above.
