At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 11.45 am on 26 August 2022, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

At a meeting of the Creditors duly convened and held at 12.00 pm on 26 August 2022, creditors resolved: "That Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY and Andrew Andronikou (IP No. 8806) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of the winding up."
