Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 June 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:
"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Renshaw (IP No. 9712) and Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
The appointment of Simon Renshaw and Michael Goldstein of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ as joint liquidators was confirmed by the creditors on the same day.
