Enterprise Group Pension Scheme – Notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the trustees of the Enterprise Group Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) are intending to wind-up the Plan in accordance with its rules.
The following are requested to write to the trustees, Enterprise Group Pension Scheme c/o: L3Harris Technologies, Unit 1 Dingley Way, Farnborough, GU14 6FF
Any former employee of L3Harris Technologies (formerly known as Harris Systems Limited) who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and who is not already receiving a pension or has not otherwise had the benefits under the Scheme satisfactorily dealt with;
Any dependant of a deceased former employee of L3Harris Technologies (formerly known as Harris Systems Limited) who believes that he or she has an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and who is not already receiving a pension or has not otherwise had the benefits under the Scheme satisfactorily dealt with; and
Any other person who believes they otherwise have a claim against or an interest in the Scheme. Claimants should provide their full name, present address, date of birth, National Insurance number and full details of their entitlement together with written evidence of that entitlement.
Your notification must be received by the trustee within 2 months of the publication date of this notice. As soon as possible after that date, the trustee will proceed to complete the wind-up of the Scheme having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice. The trustee will not be liable to any other person or persons for a claim of which they do not have notice.
