"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gemma Louise Roberts (IP No. 9701) of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS and Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
