Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 23 August 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Simon Reynolds (IP No. 008838) of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL be appointed the liquidator of the Company."

Subsequently, the creditors resolved to appoint Henry Anthony Shinners (IP No. 9280) and Kevin Ley (IP No. 25090), both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7BG as the joint liquidators of the Company.
