THE CCHT PENSION FUND
NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Trustees of the CCHT Pension Fund (“the Fund”) hereby give notice for the purpose of section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Fund will be wound up in due course.
The Trustees of the Fund wish to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Fund or have any other claim against or interest in the Fund. Any such persons should write to the Trustees of the Fund at the following address giving full details of their claim and any benefits that they think they are entitled to, including their full name, address, national insurance number and copies of any relevant documentation as appropriate:

Any claim must be registered with the Trustees by 21 October 2022.
Accordingly, once the date specified above has passed, the Trustees will, in reliance on section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, distribute any remaining assets and wind up the Fund without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom the Trustees have not had prior notice and without liability to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified to them by 21 October 2022.
