Notice is hereby given that on 7 July 2022 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by Reids Food Service Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC613150) having its registered office at Bridgend House, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Dalry, Ayrshire, KA24 4LR craving the Court inter alia to order that Apollo Distribution Limited a company registered under the Companies Acts with Company number SC613150 and having their registered office at 70 Woodhead Road, South Nitshill Industrial Estate, Glasgow, Scotland, G53 7NN be wound up by the Court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 9 August 2022 dismissed the petition and ordered intimation to be made in the Edinburgh Gazette
