AMERICAN RE MANAGEMENT LIMITED PENSION PLAN
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
To Members and others claiming a right to benefits under the American Re Management Limited Pension Plan (the Plan).
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Plan is in wind up (the Plan commenced wind up on 10 June 2022).
The Trustees of the Plan believe that they have the names of everyone with a right to benefits, but the Trustees wish to trace anyone, including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of American Re Management Limited (now Munich Re America Management Limited) and Great Lakes Services Limited (now Munich Re UK Services Limited) or their spouse or dependant who think that they have a claim against the Plan or an entitlement or interest in the Plan and have not heard from the Trustees recently. If you think that you have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Plan please write with full details of your claim, interest or entitlement including:
• your full name;
• your address;
• National Insurance Number;
• date of birth;
• dates of employment with American Re Management Limited or Great Lakes Services (or details of the basis of your claim/interest); and
• any relevant papers to the Administrator of the Plan at the following address:

You must contact the Plan Administrators within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice.
Commencing two months from the date of this Notice, the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Plan to provide benefits for its members and beneficiaries and to complete its winding-up, having regard only to the claims, entitlements and interests of which they have prior notice. In accordance with section 27, the Trustees of the Plan will not be liable to any person whose claim, entitlement or interest they have not had notice at or before the time of distribution.
Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Plan, or who have already received correspondence relating to the wind-up of the Plan from the Trustees.
