Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 7 June 2022, Michael Howorth (IP number 9135) was removed as Supervisor in the Individual Voluntary Arrangement cases listed in the Schedule below and Gregory John Mullarkey (IP number 6544) of Bennett Jones Limited, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester, M2 5WA (telephone 0161 819 5280) was appointed as Supervisor in his place.

Any creditor, in respect of any of the persons listed in the Schedule who has an objection to this order shall have 28 days from the date of this advertisement placed in the London Gazette to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases until further or other order by the Court.
