HEADLAM GROUP PENSION PLAN

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The trustee of the Headlam Group Pension Plan (the "Plan"), Headlam Group Pension Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), hereby gives notice pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that it intends to wind up the Plan.

The Trustee believes it has the names and contact details of everyone who has a right to a benefit under the Plan and communications have been sent to the membership about the termination of the Plan following the transfer to the Aviva Master Trust. You do not need to contact us if you have received these communications.

However, any creditor, member, or beneficiary, or any other person who believes that they have an entitlement under the Plan, and who has not had any communication about the winding up, should please contact the Trustee by writing to Headlam Group Pension Trustees Limited, c/o XPS Administration, Albion, Fishponds Road, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG41 2QE or headlam@xpsgroup.com using the subject heading "Section 27 Notice".

Claimants should provide full details of their claim and supporting evidence along with their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and details of when they were a member of the Plan, to allow the Trustee to evaluate the basis of their claim.

Your claim must arrive on or before 10 October 2022, at which time this notice shall expire. Late claims arriving after the expiry of the notice will not be accepted.

As soon as possible after the expiry of this notice, the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Plan, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has prior notice. The Trustee will not be liable to any other person.

Please note that if you have received any correspondence from the Trustee in the last year then the Trustee is already aware of your benefits within the Plan and there is no need to make a claim.

For and on behalf of Headlam Group Pension Trustees Limited, as trustee of the Headlam Group Pension Plan.
