Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 February 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17 June 2022 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of MURPHY who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Murphy and assumed the name of Murphy.
