At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 2 August 2022 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:
That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
That David McGinness of French Duncan LLP, 10th Floor, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.
That Michael Chamberlain and Gareth Peckett of Chamberlain & Co, Resolution House, 12 Mill Hill, Leeds, LS1 5DQ, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.
That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
