1 THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily
2 THAT Laura May Waters and Steven Sherry of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 7 More London Riverside, London SE1 2RT, be and are hereby appointed liquidators for the purpose of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets (the Joint Liquidators) and that any act required or authorised under any Act or enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone;
