Notice is given that by Order of the Court dated 18 July 2022, Ian Michael Rose (“the Outgoing Officeholder”) was removed as Officeholder in all of the cases listed in Schedules 1 to 12 below. Matthew Dix (“the Replacement Officeholder”) was appointed sole officeholder in respect of the cases set out in Schedules 7 and 8 and joint office holder in respect of the cases set out in Schedules 9 to 12.

The Court ordered that the creditors and members be notified of the Order by the giving of this notice. The Court also ordered that:

Any creditor who has an objection to the order shall have 28 days from the date of this advertisement to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of this order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed in Schedules 1 to 12 until further or other order by the Court.

The Replacement Office-holder shall give notice of this order to (1) the recognised professional bodies of the Outgoing Office-holder and Replacement Office-holders, (2) the Registrar of Companies and (3) the Secretary of State, of the terms of this order as soon as reasonably practicable. Liberty to the recognised professional body and the Secretary of State to apply to the Court to set aside or vary the terms of this Order upon giving written notice to the Parties. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed in Schedules 1 to 12 until further or other order by the Court

The Replacement Officeholder shall file a copy of this Order with each of the Courts listed in Schedules 1 to 12 as soon as reasonably practicable.
