Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that LANDMARK EQUITY PARTNERS XV, L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital X Cyxtera AIV LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017908 (the “Partnership”), to LANDMARK EQUITY PARTNERS XV-D, LLC and as a result of such transfer, LANDMARK EQUITY PARTNERS XV-D, LLC was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and LANDMARK EQUITY PARTNERS XV, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
