Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rules 4.14, 4.19, 8.8 & 8.13 Insolvency (Scotland) ( Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018, that the director of the above-named Company, the convenor, is seeking a decision of creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator and whether to establish a Liquidation Committee by way of a virtual meeting. In addition, resolutions to be taken at this meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered at a Meeting of Shareholders on 11 August 2022.

A Virtual meeting of creditors will be held via Telephone Conference on 11 August 2022 at 12.00 noon. To access the telephone conference, details can be obtained from the nominated Liquidators, whose details are below. Prior to the meeting date, the nominated Liquidators of the Company will furnish free of charge information concerning the Company’s affairs as may reasonably be required.

Proofs and Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Company at Purnells, Goldfields House, 18A Gold Tops, Newport, South Wales, NP20 4PH, or by email to leigh@purnells.co.uk by 12 noon on the business day before the meeting. In order to be counted a creditor’s vote must be accompanied by a proof of the creditors claim.

Notice is also given that, for the purpose of voting, Secured Creditors must (unless they surrender their security) lodge at, Purnells, Goldfields House, 18A Gold Tops, Newport, South Wales, NP20 4PH, before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of their Security, the date when it was given, and the value at which it is assessed.
