Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 July 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr Joylan Sunnassee of BKK Partnership (office holder number 10470) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

At the virtual meeting of creditors of the above-named Company, duly convened, on Tuesday 19th July 2022 at 12 noon, the appointment of the members’ appointed liquidator was not ratified and the following ordinary resolution was passed: "That Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) and Richard Wragg (IP No. 23130) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up of the Company.”
