Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 May 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 1 July 2022 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Felicity Abigail Kane who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Felicity Abigail Baker and assumed the name of Felicity Abigail Kane.
