Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 30 June 2022, Investor Two Limited transferred Cambiata Stiftung, 100% of the interest held by it in Pacific Road Resources Fund II L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP014389 and that with effect from 30 June 2022, Cambiata Stiftung was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner.
